The Arrington Ranch Homeowners Association is a volunteer-led board of residents working alongside a professional management company to care for the community's common spaces and long-term standards.

What does the HOA cover?+
Common-area landscaping and irrigation, the pickleball court, walking trails, the pavilion, community lighting, trash collection at common points, and reserve funds for long-term maintenance.
How much are HOA dues?+
Dues are $185/month, billed quarterly. The rate is reviewed annually by the HOA board.
Can I rent out my home?+
Long-term rentals (12+ months) are permitted. Short-term rentals (under 30 days) are not allowed under the current covenants.
Are there architectural review requirements?+
Yes. Any exterior modification — paint colors, fencing, additions, landscaping changes — requires submission to the Architectural Review Committee. Forms are available on the resident portal.
How do I reserve the pavilion?+
Residents can reserve the community pavilion through the HOA portal, up to 90 days in advance. There's no charge for residents.
Who do I contact about street lights or common-area issues?+
Email maintenance@arringtonranch.com or submit a ticket through the resident portal. Most issues are addressed within 3 business days.
